How to get into the christmas spirit

Hello! I know it may be a bit early to some, and it kinda is for me, too but its time to start talking about Christmas! Now I know that some of you may really want to be in the Christmas spirit but can't really get in the spirit so here are some ideas that helped me! Enjoy (: (:

1: The simple things
Sometimes all you have to do to get into the Christmas spirit are the easiest things including:
-Putting up a Christmas tree (if not in your living room in your own room)
-Bake Christmas cookies
-Have some Hot Chocolate or Christmas tea
-Put on a Santa hat (like I say the little things)
-Create a Christmas list, not only for yourself but for others too
-Listen to some Christmas music
-Wrap some gifts

 2: A festive Aroma
To me, a big part of feeling a certain energy is to smell it, And a diffuser blend is just the thing!
Here's my favorite holiday blend and a little extra surprise for those without diffusers or these oils.

Sugarplum fairy
4 drops peppermint
4 drops orange (or any variation of citrus, but orange is the best)
2 drops cinnamon bark

Orange Ornament
You will need:
One large orange
And some cloves

Simply poke the cloves into the orange in various patters and let the scent fill the air! Feel free to tie a bow around it!

3: A bigger gift for a friend!
So for the past year, my friend and I, The Bear Hugger have made each other an advent calendar, and enjoyed doing it! All you have to do is come up with 24 small gifts, get a cardboard box, make small compartments for each one, wrap it and done! Ill try to post about it soon (:

I hope you're feeling Christmassy!

  1. We are going to get into the Christmas Spirit thanks to you Sofiafunzel....It is very difficult because we don't have any snow and no family so we really have to rely on friends to celebrate the season. We wish we would be together on this festive occasion but we have a lot of great memories of Christmas past. Thanks for the great tips as this will get me motivated and into the festive mood. I've already started cleaning the house which is very different than at home...will send pictures of my Christmas tree in a couple of weeks <3
